| From initial consultation
to completion of your beautiful home, your
satisfaction is our number one priority.
We are there for you, leaving no stone
unturned to address your concerns, answer
your questions and find creative solutions
for meeting your home building needs. Much
of what we do during the initial phase is
at no cost to you. The following sequence
of events describes what you can expect
from our services from the time of your
first appointment.
Initial Phase (no
cost to you)
- We perform an analysis of the survey
of your building site, code requirements
with set backs and community restrictions.
We determine the most cost effective and
maximum use of the building site.
- Next we determine your style preference,
budget and the number and type of rooms
you desire.
- Then we make a preliminary determination
of your design.
Contract Phase
- We present you with a contract and
receive a deposit.
- Next we create a conceptual plan consisting
of the initial drawings. Based on your
input, we make modifications as needed.
- The design development plan is then
created for your final approval.
- After your approval, you receive contract
documents for the bidding and permitting
process. You can expect your plans to
be completed within 4-6 weeks from your
final approval of the design development
plan.
- We receive your final payment.
- Your plans are turned over to the contractor
for permitting and project development.
- Until your project is completed, we
are consulted on a regular basis by your
contractor. We may be asked for input
on cost-saving modifications or to verify
plan details. Occasionally we make a site
visit to evaluate the progress of the
project and troubleshoot any construction
issues.
- Our job is finished when your home construction
is completed. Our involvement in the process
helps to assure quality of construction.

- We work with homeowners with a budget
of $150,000 to 1 million and more.
- Most of our current projects are in
Naples Florida and the surrounding Southwest
Florida region (Marco Island, Bonita Springs,
Estero, Fort Myers and Sanibel Island).

services for existing homes in Naples
and the Southwest Florida area.
